Dr. Warren Yamashita is dedicated to partnering with his patients and community in develop accuracy and precision in hitting targets in healing, habits and health. He is currently an 2020-2021 Addiction Medicine Fellow at Stanford University and is looking forward to practicing Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine and advocating for community and health care reform with more human interactions. He also works at an undeserved urgent care in Santa Clara County and is open to considering consulting requests. 

Trajectory Medicine focuses on the four areas of life including medicine, work, social and lifestyle.  This site offers a range of educational information and tools to help you take your next step towards healing, habits and health towards a brighter life.
