Mutual Support Groups

Mutual Support Groups for many types of struggles particularly in substance or behavioral addictions are a great and recommended away to build social support to help you towards your goals. Don’t be afraid to check them out.

One piece of advice is that when you visit one group, you’ve only visited one group. Each group is unique and different. So don’t judge all groups by your first experience. Try at least three different groups before deciding the group type isn’t the best fit for you.
